Given the May 18th submission deadline for the NOAA-OAR-CIAO-2026-32241 & NOAA-OAR-CIAO-2026-32242 CA proposals, and the high volume of proposals currently in development, CIRES Proposals strongly recommends planning to submit by the end of April, and no later than the first few days of May. Operational limitations may limit our ability to accommodate all proposal requests. CA Proposals not finalized by the end of April, ultimately run the risk of not being submitted due to administrative constraints.
