As of August 5th, new versions of the Biographical Sketch and CPS forms with a Research Security Training certification are now in effect. NASA now requires all Senior/Key Personnel and Covered Individuals to attest that they have completed the CU RST within 12 months prior to any proposal submission. This certification appears in the new forms, as well as in SciENcv forms. The new forms are only valid through September 1^st, after which SciENcv must be used for proposal submission.
