When it comes to printing a poster in CIRES, CIRES IT will be happy to assist you.

To submit a poster printing request please email ciresithelp@colorado.edu.  Please include the following: poster dimensions, date poster is needed, pdf of poster.  If the attachment is too big to send through email please share it out through OneDrive/Google Drive or use OIT's large file transfer service.

Poster Printer Information:

• Paper roll sizes - 36" and 42" 
  • It's best to have one of your dimensions match one of these sizes.  We can expand/shrink the poster but the quality may degrade.
  • Update - We installed a new poster printer. It has a vertical trimmer as well as horizontal. We are now able to provide prints of any dimension up to 36" or 42" without any whitespace other than the margin.
• Paper type - Glossy Photo Paper
• Cost - first print is free, any reprints will require a speedtype and may be charged at the rate of $8/linear ft.
• Please allow at least 24 hours notice when submitting a request.
