CU Boulder requires all employees (faculty, staff and affiliates) to complete the required OIEC training on Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct every three years. If you have not completed the training in the last three years, CIRES HR requests you complete this training as soon as possible. All employees are asked to complete the initial training within 30-days of hire and every three years thereafter.  If you are out of compliance CIRES HR sends out regular reminders from Christen Cousins for employees located at the CU Boulder Campus and Lucia Harrop for employees located in the NOAA labs/centers.

The training is accessed through Precipio on the MyCU.edu portal. You will need to enable pop-ups in your browser. The course title is “CU: Nondiscrimination, Sexual Misconduct, and Reporting – u00283”. After successfully passing the course, it takes approximately 3 business days for the score to be reflected in the training record.

Employees in CIESRDS, are also required to complete the NOAA SASH training annually through the Commerce Learning Center (CLC). To access the training, select NOAA on login to the CLC.
