Invitation to Interview Email Template (Letters of Recommendation version)

This email template should be used when inviting candidates to interview. Please feel free to customize the template below to reflect your candidates, position description, and interview requirements. Text shown in red identifies areas that will most likely need to be updated.

Please note: The template may reference processes or tools that were not used during your search, such as HireVue. Be sure to remove any references that do not apply before sending the email to avoid confusion.

Once interview invitations have been sent, please contact Christen Cousins to initiate the request for letters of recommendation through CU Central Human Resources.  All candidates should accept their interview invitation before letters of recommendation requests are initiated.

If you have questions regarding the template or its use, please contact Christen Cousins at christen.cousins@colorado.edu.
