The AGU Annual meeting is being held December 14 – 19, 2025. CU Boulder will be closed beginning Wednesday, December 24, 2025. There are approximately 100 people attending AGU this year from CIRES. While the CIRES Travel team may have 2 business days to begin processing some expense reports between the end of AGU and the campus winter holiday, please expect that the vast majority of AGU expense reports will not be completed until January. 

You can still submit your Final Travel Report on InsideCIRES during the winter break. The CIRES Travel team will resume processing AGU reimbursements once we return to the office on Monday, January 5th.
