The new IDC rate agreement between CU & the U.S. DHHS has been successfully negotiated through FY28 and implements an on-campus F&A rate of 57.5% of Modified Total Direct Costs (MTDC). Additionally, this rate agreement establishes the new Fringe Benefit rates for CU for this FY. Also impacted by the documentation, moving forward, CU will now be collecting indirect on the first $50K of subaward funding, & the threshold for capital equipment items is now $10K. CIRES Proposals will budget accordingly for current and new proposals.
