CIRES IT and CIRES Finance are currently working on several updates to InsideCIRES financial applications, including the Advanced Reporting System (ARS) and the Projects & Programs PI Dashboard. Because some of the testing we're doing for these updates is in the live environment and using actual project data, you may see new or different information on your financial reports in these tools. If you have questions on the financial information you're seeing, please reach out directly to your Finance Manager.

• How do I find my Finance Manager?
  • Your Finance Manager is listed on your homepage of InsideCIRES. See Your CIRES Information in the upper righthand corner.
  • If you are a PI, you can look up your Finance Manager in OCG's directory (Department Admin II listed here)
  • Your Finance Manager is also noted on the list of projects the Projects & Programs PI Dashboard or in the upper righthand corner of an individual financial report.
