Protocols for Scheduling Rooms for Events

 

Planning an event or meeting? The CIRES Events Team (Linda Pendergrass, linda.pendergrass@colorado.edu, Lornay Hansen, lornay.hansen@colorado.edu, and Wendy Elder, wendy.elder@colorado.edu) are happy to assist you with booking a conference room.  

 

Please note: Events are increasing around campus and popular conference rooms fill up quickly. To ensure availability, contact us as early as possible with your event details and location preferences.

 

What to Include in Your Request

 

Please email the CIRES Events Scheduler with the following information to get the process started:

  • Name of Event
  • Event Point of Contact Person
  • Type of Event (e.g., meeting, training or presentation)
  • Number of Attendees
  • Event Date(s) and Times
  • Location Preference (first and second choice)
  • Special Requests (e.g., Breakout Rooms, catering, IT)
  • Speedtype (for billing or internal tracking)
