The specific solicitation will call for the template to be used, and all NASA Roses templates for Appendix A proposals can be found below.
1. Make sure to choose the correct template for your needs: Word, Excel, or PDF versions are given. Instructions are available on PDF version.
2. Amend the template for the number of years of your proposal. Three years are given in the templates.
3. All project PIs and Co-PIs must complete the template.
4. On the C&P, we don't list "0" effort. If the effort is truly de minimus, we use 0.01.
